    What quality are the stones?

    We try to aim for A graded or higher gemstones. We handpick each stone for each order, so they standard go through a quality check, so no worries! The beauty of hand made! The lowest grade we have is B.

    Can I come with a special request?

    Yes! feel free to contact me for any special request and I will see if we can make your wishes come true.

    How do custom orders work?

    • Add the “Custom Hanger” option to your cart and place your order. Once your order is in, we’ll connect to explore what you’d like—stones, style, energy, and intention.
    • I’ll send you a photo of your custom piece before finalizing it. If you give me the green light, I’ll complete your hanger with care.
    • Once the piece is ready, you’ll receive a separate payment request that covers only the material costs—ensuring you always pay a fair, transparent price.
    • Note: If you'd like a storage box or clip with your hanger, please don’t forget to add those to your cart as well!

    How do I take care of my product?

    What is your return policy?
