Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on complexity. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)
All orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
A Track & Trace code will be provided via email once your package has been shipped.


International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Estimated delivery time varies by destination but typically ranges from 5–15 business days.

Please note:

  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or international shipping regulations.

  • A tracking number will be provided where available.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for shipping options. <3


Customs, Duties & Taxes
Eralys Gemstones is not responsible for any international customs charges, duties, VAT, or taxes. These are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
We are not liable for packages lost or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair and satisfying solution.


Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
