Care Instructions

To keep your Eralys gemstones products looking beautiful and vibrant, please handle it with care. Each piece is handcrafted using natural stones, and while they are created with love and durability in mind, gemstones and fine materials deserve gentle treatment.

Please keep in mind:

Store Carefully:
When not in use, always store your products safely. We recommend using the storage box we offer, or alternatively, a soft linen, cotton, or suede pouch. Please avoid leaving products out in the open especially in humid rooms like bathrooms - or the equine hangers on a halter, bridle, or saddle when not in active use—unless you are certain it is kept in a dry room without major temperature changes. Even then, careful storage is preferred to protect the integrity of the piece.

Avoid Water Exposure:
Remove your product before bathing, swimming, or exposure to heavy rain. Prolonged moisture can weaken the threads and affect certain stones. Some stones are particularly sensitive to water, including: Selenite, Malachite, Labradorite, Lapis Lazuli, Turquoise, Calcite, and Fluorite. These stones can become dull, brittle, or damaged when exposed to moisture.

Material Notes on Charms and Clips:
While the charms and clips we use are made from long-lasting, high-quality plated materials, they are not suited for water exposure. Over time, and with natural contact to external factors like air, sweat, and moisture, some gradual discoloration or wear may occur. This is a natural process that neither we as creators nor you as the user can entirely prevent. For this reason, we always offer clips separately, allowing you to easily replace them if desired after long-term use.

Gentle Cleaning Only:
If needed, gently wipe your products with the soft cloth we provide with every order. Avoid chemical cleaners, jewellery dips, or ultrasonic devices, as these can harm the natural stones and finishes.

Durability & Handling:
Our gemstone equine hangers are carefully tested for durability and do not easily come undone unless placed under significant force. However, unmindful handling—such as pulling, rough tugging, or heavy strain—can erode the stainless-steel thread over time, making the hanger more sensitive to wear. Treat your piece with the same gentle care you would give any fine accessory.
As for our other products counts the same. They are made to be durable—However, unmindful handling can always lead to breakage, discoloration and other issues.

Energy Care:
If you believe in the energetic properties of stones, you may wish to energetically cleanse your hanger from time to time. This can be done by placing it under the moonlight, using gentle sage smoke, or simply setting a pure intention for renewal. Some also believe that placing gemstones near a piece of selenite can gently recharge and refresh their energy.

Repair Services:
We understand that sometimes a piece becomes more than just an accessory—it holds meaning, memories, and a special bond, especially through the unique stones chosen for your hanger. That is why we are happy to offer repair services if your piece becomes damaged or if parts are lost. You will only be responsible for covering the cost of the broken or missing parts + a 1.- fee, as well as the shipping costs both to and from us. We will not charge extra for the reparation of your piece in exchange besides named costs. Repairs are only offered to those who can show prove of purchase and does not include the full remaking of an item.
