Refund policy

Return Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns for our products, as each item is made to order, custom-designed, or one of a kind. Every piece is crafted with care and tailored specifically for you. Items exempt from this will state so in it's description - think of designs that get remade.

Before any custom or personalized item is shipped, we always send a confirmation photo for your approval to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned. Once confirmed, the item is considered final sale.

Returns are only accepted if you have received the wrong item by mistake. If this happens, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, and we will make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair and satisfying solution.

Please ensure all contact is made through; eralysequine@gmail.com, and include your order number in the message for faster assistance.

Thank you for understanding and supporting handmade, intentional creations. 🌿
